- Groups must call in and pre-pay for everyone in their group before the Glow Golf tournament to save your group to the event.
- You can cancel with a full refund outside of 24-Hours.
- If you cancel within 24-Hours of the scheduled event you must go online to golfhylandhills.com/contact and fill out a “No-Show & Late Cancelation Credit Request Form” to request to receive a credit per Hyland Hills No-Show/Cancelation Policy.

- All Tee times bookings, cancellations, and adjustments must all be made online starting at 12:01 AM on 5/26/26.
- A valid Credit Card will be required to book a tee time starting at 12:01 AM on 5/26/26.
- Per policy guests cancelling within 24 hours will be charged for no-shows and short shows starting at 12:01 AM on 6/2/26.
Glow Golf is offered once a month throughout the summer on the South Par 3 course and includes your green fee, goodie bag, two drink tickets, and food and beverage before the tournament! Drink tickets may be used at the restaurant or at the beverage cart.
Registration closes the day before the event.
