Golfers – Please read the booking policies below before booking your tee time.
All tee time bookings, modifications, cancellations, and related requests must be submitted online through our booking portal or the appropriate request form available on our website under Contact: www.golfhylandhills.com. It is the golfer’s responsibility to review, acknowledge, and understand all booking policies before completing a reservation. Pro Shop staff do not have the authority to modify, override, make exceptions to, or waive any booking policy.

Online Booking & Check-In:
All tee times must be booked online with a valid credit card. Players must check in at the Pro Shop at least 15 minutes before their tee time.
Cancellations & No-Shows:
Tee times and player-count reductions may be canceled online up to 24 hours before play without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, and short shows will be charged 100% of the rack-rate green fee for each absent player, or one round will be deducted from the applicable player pass.
Same-Day Tee Time Changes:
Golfers may request a same-day tee time change by submitting an online request form, subject to availability on the same golf course. Hot Deals cannot be moved, and tee times may not be moved to a lower discounted rate. Tee Time Release for Resale:
Golfers may request that a tee time be released for potential resale by submitting an online request form within 24 hours of play. Any positions that do not resell remain subject to the applicable no-show charge. Singles Policy:
Singles may book an available single opening online or join an available foursome spot only in person at the Pro Shop and within 15 minutes of the tee time.
Walk-Ups:
All walk-up players will be directed to book online unless they are within 15 minutes of the tee time. Walk-ups within 15 minutes of the tee time may book in person at the Pro Shop, subject to availability.
Credits & Exceptions:
Charges may be waived when forecasted highs are below 50F or when course restrictions, delays, or closures occur after booking. Credit requests for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the tee time. Approved credits apply to green fees only and expire on December 31 of the current year. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in suspension of playing privileges. Cart Availability:
Cart availability is not guaranteed and may change due to course conditions or operational needs. While you may reserve a riding rate, carts may not be available at your selected tee time, and walking may be required.
Outside Tournaments & Events:
Hyland Hills hosts outside tournaments and special events throughout the season that may affect public play. Guests are encouraged to review our Upcoming Events Calendar before booking or playing: https://www.golfhylandhills.com/upcomingevents/. For Reverse/Forward Shotgun tournaments, no refunds or credits will be issued if pace of play remains within acceptable standards (2:15 for 9 holes; 4:30 for 18 holes).

Timeline summary implementation
-All Tee times bookings, cancellations, and adjustments must all be made online starting at 12:01 AM on 5/26/26.
-A valid Credit Card will be required to book a tee time starting at 12:01 AM on 5/26/26.
-Per policy guests cancelling within 24 hours will be charged for no-shows and short shows starting at 12:01 AM on 6/2/26.

2025-2026 Blue Course Construction Project
During the Fall and Winter months and extending into next Spring the following upgrades to the Blue Course will be taking place.
16,000 cubic yards of soil will be brought in and staged in the areas listed below
#2 Blue will have a temporary green until the sod has grown in around the green.
#4 Gold tee box will have temporary tees until the new tee box is completed.
Behind (east) #7 Blue Green
#3 Blue Tees extending up to the fairway
East of #2 Blue Green (for Summer 2026 new #2 Blue Green construction)
New tees and tee complex construction #3 and #8 Blue
New green and green complex construction #7 Blue
Cart path installation #3 Blue Tee to Green, #7 Blue Green Complex, #8 Blue Tee to Green
The project will have the following impact on course set up until the new areas are complete and ready for play (late spring 2026):
Tee blocks will be set up in the beginning of the fairways on #3 and #8 Blue (Fall/Winter)
Once the sod is ready to be transferred over to the new #7 green a temporary green will be in use for #7 while the new green is grown in and the new approach is built (Spring 2026)

*Listed Herein are Current Playing Conditions and pertinent information for all Courses / Practice Facilities*
November 15th – April 30th the Gold course will be using the winter greens located on holes 17 and 18.
**Attention Golfers** Tuesdays Range Late Open – 11:00am.
Practice Putting Green – Open

Pace of Play Recommendations:
Please keep up with the group IN FRONT of you. Please see the pace of play recommendations below.
-Max score Triple Bogey par: Par 3=6, Par 4=7, Par 5=8.
-Play ready golf.
-Play with the flagstick in.
-Tee it forward.
Care of the course
-Please remember to fix two ball marks on the green promptly.
-Please remember to fill divots with sand from sand bottles in cart/pull cart
-Please remember to rake bunkers, and to put rake outside of bunker after finished.
ALL WATER FOUNTAINS ON THE COURSES ARE FUNCTIONAL AND AVAILABLE- (May – October)
PLEASE USE MATS ON TEE BOXES WHEN PROVIDED
All players should check in at least 15 min before their scheduled tee time.
Players can make their reservation online 7 days in advance or by calling the Pro Shop 7 days in advance after 4:00pm.
Rain checks will be given electronically and placed under your player profile that will expire 180 days after being issued.
Refunds will not be made for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.
Cart Policy – Max. 2 carts/foursome, individual carts and extra carts are additional charge.
Singles that choose to ride will share a cart with the group they are paired with.
