Tee Time Reservation Policy

 

1. Tee Time Reservations – Advance tee times may be reserved for golf on the nine-hole Blue Course, the 18-hole Gold Course and the South Par 3 Course at the Courses at Hyland Hills on a daily basis. Advance tee times are not required but space may be limited by existing reservations. Advance tee times are not available for the North Par 3 Course.

2. Seven day advance reservation – Gold Course – Reservations for tee times on the Gold course may be made up to seven days in advance under the following conditions:

All golfers may reserve tee times seven (7) days in advance, either online or by telephone, daily beginning at 4 p.m. Online reservations are available 24 hours per day, but phone reservations are only available during normal business hours.

Golfers wishing to make tee times in person at the golf shop can make reservations up to six days in advance during normal business hours.

3. Seven day advance reservation – Blue Course and South Par 3 Course – Reservations for tee times on the Blue course and South Par 3 course may be made up to seven days in advance under the following conditions:

All golfers may reserve tee times seven (7) days in advance, either online or by telephone, daily beginning at 4:00 p.m.

Golfers wishing to make tee times in person at the golf shop can make reservations up to six days in advance during normal business hours.

Only one tee time reservation per telephone call and per online reservation may be made.

All tee time reservation telephone calls will ring directly on two telephone lines. There will be no “stacking” of calls on these lines. If the line is busy, the caller must redial.
