IN-DISTRICT FEE
Golfers who have either a Hyland Hills or City of Westminster Resident ID card will be charged a reduced fee.
POLICY FOR HYLAND HILLS RESIDENT ID CARDS:
Cost: $3 each. Seniors 60 years and older: Free
Persons Required to Purchase ID Card: Ages 4 through 59
Expiration: Two years from date of purchase.
In order to qualify for In-District rates, all residents are required to have a resident ID card. Because residents with a Hyland Hills ID card receive a substantial reduction in fees and charges, coupons or other discount promotions are not valid with resident ID cards. A minor (under 16) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to purchase an ID Card and the adult must show the required proof of residency.
QUALIFYING PROOF FOR HH DISTRICT RESIDENT ID CARD:
In order to receive a Resident ID card (either new card or renewal card), applicant must submit BOTH (Proof of Identification) and (Proof of Residence).

1. Valid Colorado Driver’s License
2. Valid Colorado Identification Card (available at Driver’s License Bureau)
3. Valid Military Identification Card
* B. Proof of Residence
1. Your current Public Service bill with your name and address
2. Your current Adams County Property Tax notice with your name and address
3. An up-to-date rental lease
4. A student report card with your name and address
5. A current car registration
6. A current rent receipt with your name and address on a printed form with name and telephone number of manager/owner
NOTE: If picture ID does not include current address two items from this list must be presented along with the picture ID.
WHO QUALIFIES FOR A HH DISTRICT RESIDENT ID CARD?
1. Any person owning taxable real or personal property within the District boundaries
2. Any person permanently residing within the District (may not necessarily own property)
*If you own property within the District but do not reside therein, you must present your current Adams County Property Tax notice and a picture ID.
Resident ID Cards allow for use of all facilities and classes at In-District rates. Presentation of Hyland Hills Resident ID Cards at the time of registration or admission/use of a facility is necessary to qualify for District rates. Refunds will not be issued to Residents who have applied and paid for ID Cards and have moved outside the District boundaries.

HYLAND HILLS —CITY OF WESTMINSTER JOINT USE AGREEMENT
Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District and the City of Westminster entered into a reciprocal agreement on June 5, 1990 that allows residents of the two entities to enjoy expanded recreational opportunities. This affects over 120,000 residents of both entities. The agreement makes current resident identification cards issued by both entities virtually interchangeable. Residents can receive in-district rates for use of facilities and programs in both Westminster and Hyland Hills. This is a valuable opportunity for residents to be able to enjoy the best and most unique recreation facilities in the country at the lowest possible cost.
